"Plan" highlights the dominant position of enterprises, lists in detail some work measures of intelligent transformation and digital transformation project, mainly including intelligent manufacturing diagnosis service project, intelligent digital transformation project, enterprise cloud project, demonstration benchmark project, intelligent manufacturing basic management ability improvement project, etc..
According to the deployment, in 2021, the city will provide free diagnosis for 600 workshops and 40 factories, once in the first and second half of the year, and encourage cities and districts to implement more free diagnosis in segmented industries and fields. Through the "in-service" service of experts going deep into stations, production lines and workshops, intelligent manufacturing technology resources are promoted to deeply connect with enterprises, and enterprises are driven to increase investment in technological transformation and improve the level of intelligent manufacturing. By 2023, it will provide intelligent manufacturing diagnosis services for about 2,000 enterprises in the city.
In addition, in 2021, the city will build 20 provincial and municipal demonstration intelligent factories, 300 provincial and municipal demonstration intelligent workshops, promote the application of 10,000 industrial robots. Strengthen the application of industrial Internet in the ten industrial clusters, to create the whole industry chain, manufacturing process, product life cycle control of industrial Internet benchmark factory. In 2021, it will establish 12 national pilot demonstration projects for integrated development of manufacturing and the Internet, and 15 provincial-level demonstration enterprises (platforms and benchmark factories) for industrial Internet development. By 2023, 1,000 provincial and municipal demonstration intelligent workshops will be built, and 100 provincial and municipal demonstration intelligent factories and industrial Internet development demonstration enterprises will be built.
